If you are unable to attend the event, you may request a ticket refund and refund. In these cases of withdrawal, the return of the amount invested to participate in the event will be 80% in requests made until October 15, 2023 and 50% in requests made until January 31, 2024. 

 

Changes of ownership may be made by the purchaser. Just send an email to gbpsferenczi@gmail.com  with the subject "Change ownership" pass your data: email, first and last name. It will also be necessary to inform the same data as the person to whom the ticket will be transferred.

 

The participant may request a full refund up to 7 days after purchase.
